Guilt Free Healthy Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 lemons, peel and remove seeds

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored

  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves

  • Small cucumber, peeling is optional

  • 1 cup of spinach, can substitute kale

DIRECTIONS - IN - ORDER

Lemons, apples, lettuce, cucumber and spinach (kale). Add a base (e.g. water orange juice 4 oz.). It is important to follow your juicer/blender settings for each ingredient. Stir in the chia seeds and allow to soak for a few minutes. Serve the juice over ice.
